How to Connect Instagram to Claude (Step by Step)

Claude will happily write your captions, plan your grid and argue with you about the correct amount of hashtags. What it can't do, straight out of the box, is touch your actual Instagram account. There's no Instagram connector in Claude's directory, and there probably won't be one soon.

There is a way round it, and it takes about five minutes.

The tool is Composio, a service that sits between AI assistants and roughly a thousand apps and absorbs the painful authentication work on your behalf. Once it's wired up, you can ask Claude to pull last week's engagement figures, fetch every comment on your latest reel, or draft and publish a carousel, all in plain English.
