How to Turn an Everyday Annoyance Into an App With AI
Everyone has a small annoyance they've quietly put up with for years. Mine was screenshots that looked dull once I uploaded them. Here's how I described it to AI and got a working tool back, without writing a line of code.

Everyone has one of these. A small, stupid thing that gets in your way every week, that you've never fixed because fixing it seemed like more effort than putting up with it.
Mine was screenshots. Every time I uploaded one to our company blog it came out looking dull. Flat, washed-out, worse than what I'd captured. Not entirely noticeable at quick glance, but definitely there. My workaround was pasting them one at a time into a clunky converter website. Dozens of images, one by one, every single post.
I did that for a long time. Then I described the problem to Claude and got a working tool back.

What I ended up with
A thing called Drop & Pop. You drag in as many screenshots as you like, it fixes them all at once, and you download them as a zip. It also lets you change the format, cap the width so pages load faster, and it adds "popped" to each filename so you can spot them in your downloads.
Everything happens in your browser. Nothing gets uploaded anywhere. It works with your Wi-Fi off.
It also looks like a Windows 98 desktop, with a Start menu, draggable windows and joke icons. That part came later and had nothing to do with making it work. I'll come back to it.
Three short sessions over three days. No code written by me.
